Can you personally source a fragrance for me?
Absolutely! Concierge Delivery is our personal sourcing and delivery service for a fragrance that is not on our website or hard to find, we will source it for you personally. We manage the entire journey on your behalf from sourcing and international shipping to customs clearance so that your fragrance arrives safely at your door. Please note that delivery for sourced items may take between 2 to 6 weeks, depending on the country of origin.
How is my loyalty status determined?
Your loyalty status at Attar Haven is determined by two factors: the number of qualifying purchases you have made, and your total spend within the past 12 months.
Our loyalty tiers are as follows:
Member — Entry level
Insider — At least 2 purchases with a total spend of ₦550,000 or more within 12 months
Elite — At least 3 purchases with a total spend of ₦1,200,000 or more within 12 months
Icon — At least 4 purchases with a total spend of ₦2,750,000 or more within 12 months
Once a status is achieved, it remains valid for 12 months, unless additional qualifying purchases elevate you to a higher tier. Both your total spend and number of purchases are calculated on a rolling 12-month basis, meaning purchases made more than 12 months ago will no longer count toward your status.
Please note: if you make more than one purchase in a single day, the combined spend will be counted, but it will be treated as a single purchase.
Can you send my order as a gift?
Yes, absolutely. We offer a gifting service as an add-on to your order. Please note that this is an additional service and comes at an extra charge. Simply let us know at checkout or when placing your order and we will ensure it is packaged and presented beautifully for your recipient.
Do you deliver on Sundays?
We do not currently offer Sunday delivery. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed and dispatched on the next available working day.
Is an online purchase on attarhaven.com secure?
Yes. All purchases made on attarhaven.com are fully secure. Our website uses industry-standard encryption to protect your personal and payment information at every step of the checkout process.
Are any purchases final sale?
Due to the nature of our products, certain items are not eligible for return once the seal has been broken or the packaging has been opened. We recommend reviewing your order carefully before use. If you have any concerns about your purchase, please do not hesitate to reach out to us and we will do our best to assist you.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
For customers in Abuja, delivery typically takes 24-48 hours. For nationwide delivery across Nigeria, please allow 3 to 5 working days. Timelines are subject to our logistics company's schedule and operational coverage.
