Refund & Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your perfume to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. This means:

The perfume must be unopened and unused.

The original cellophane wrap and packaging must be fully intact and sealed.

You will need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, contact us at attarhaven@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
If you have received your order and—without opening the packaging—decide you would like a different scent, we are happy to facilitate an exchange. Please contact us to confirm the availability of the desired fragrance.
Non-Returnable Items

Opened Fragrances: Due to hygiene and the nature of perfume, once the packaging or seal is opened, the item can no longer be returned or exchanged.

Customized Gifts: Any personalized fragrance sets or custom-designed gift boxes are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Sale Items: We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds to Store Credit
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be issued Store Credit for the value of the item. We do not offer cash refunds to original payment methods.
